If you’re up late collecting numbers for that big C-suite gathering the next day and you’re having trouble, CAKE is your sleepless companion with 24/7 phone and web support. For these types of hands-on learning, CAKE supports you again with personal training.
Bizible, backed by Adobe, is another useful multi-touch attribution technology suitable for both B2B and B2C. Unfortunately, when it comes to various features, it lacks some of the features and versatility of other options, but this recommendation is highly specialized in attribution modeling and better analytics. This is a particularly powerful option for large enterprises that require a lot of user workstations and a great choice if you already use Adobe Analytics and other Adobe services.
While in-person support and implementation are off the table, their customer service is always highly regarded, and they have webinars to get you started. It’s probably worth putting in some extra time to let your users know about this option as the user interface can be a little tricky, but once you get started, you’ll have plenty of usable data at your fingertips.
It’s another one of those solutions that pack a ton of features into one easy to use package. That’s a pretty compelling concept, especially when considering Improvado’s uncluttered user interface and the plethora of integrations. Their mission is to make their platform a one-stop-shop. While this may seem like the silver bullet to all your needs, Improvado isn’t without its flaws – less customization than some would like, having trouble keeping all those integrations connected and comparing data being a chore. Either way, this is a powerful multi-touch attribution tool that can make reporting a lot easier.
To top it off, their customer service is top-notch and ready for you night owls with 24/7 support. Besides, they are available for personal training! Another thing that also sets this service apart is that it’s one of the few with a dedicated app for iOS and Android, in case you feel like checking out your campaign stats over lunch.
