Greetings to our Puerto Rican community!

From Aguadilla, Puerto Rico – NanoNests is thrilled to announce the opening of our new showroom in Aguadilla. With the challenges that homeowners on the island face—such as high construction costs and ongoing reconstruction needs dating back as far as Hurricane Maria—we offer an efficient and resilient housing option.

Our NanoNest homes are designed to meet international building code requirements, ensuring they are safe and can be permanently installed in as little as three months from the day you place your order. Each unit comes with stamped engineering plans, making it easier to obtain the necessary permits and accelerate the construction process.

These homes are built to withstand Category 5 hurricanes , Richter 7 earthquakes and designed with fire-resistant materials.

We’re proud of our recent success in Maui, where we have already installed 160 units for the government after the devastating fires and have received an additional order for 340 more units.

This accomplishment shows that Nano Nests are not only functional but also provide the durability needed to face natural disasters. Each home comes equipped with air conditioning, a full kitchen, bathroom, tankless water heater, and fully integrated plumbing and electrical systems. Additionally, we offer a 10-year structural warranty for added peace of mind. Units can be delivered directly to your location as long as utilities are available for connection.

NanoNests is also deeply committed to environmental sustainability and minimizing waste throughout the construction process. By using prefabricated components, our homes reduce material waste significantly compared to traditional building methods. Additionally, we prioritize sourcing environmentally friendly materials and employ energy-efficient designs that contribute to long-term savings on energy bills. These eco-conscious practices not only reduce the carbon footprint but also support a healthier living environment for homeowners. NanoNests aims to be part of Puerto Rico’s journey towards sustainable development, offering housing solutions that align with the island’s natural beauty and ecological needs.

NanoNests homes also emphasize a modern, minimalist aesthetic that complements Puerto Rico’s vibrant landscapes while offering a functional and comfortable living space. The design approach maximizes natural light, creating an open and airy atmosphere that enhances the well-being of its residents. With thoughtful use of space, each home provides a cozy yet practical environment suited for daily living or weekend getaways. NanoNests is dedicated to offering homes that aren’t just structurally robust but also visually appealing, making them a valuable addition to neighborhoods across the island.

Best of all, our prices include import duties, taxes, shipping, and delivery to your site, so you don’t have to worry about hidden costs.

At delivery, homeowners are responsible for arranging a crane truck to offload the unit. Additionally, water and electrical connections need to be available on the property. While foundation work is the homeowner’s responsibility, we provide drawings for the footer or foundation to ensure proper installation.

At Nanonests, we are committed to working closely with Puerto Rican families to help them find durable, affordable housing.

Our showroom will be opening late November or Early December 2024.

The showroom will be available by appointment only and will be located at:

Carr. 110 KM 30.8, Calle Sable Bo Aguacate, Aguadilla, Puerto Rico 00603.
