Archie’s Market lists verified homes for sale with photo and video tours, including a dedicated Luxury Collection. Sellers can use Sell My Home to be matched with a professional, along with AI-prepared photos and marketing materials.
For hiring, the Realtors and Pros Directory uses a Verified Leaderboard that ranks professionals by work their clients have confirmed rather than by advertising spend.
AI Assistance Plus Real Human Support
The platform pairs its AI tools with staffed human support.
- Ask Archie answers building, permitting, and real estate questions around the clock in plain language
- Copilot moves through the app alongside the user, filling forms and pointing to the relevant tool
- Live human support offers voice and video calls, and with permission, an agent can view the user’s screen and guide them to the right page

Blueprints, estimates, designs, and answers are stored in My Work and Gallery, where they can be saved, printed, and shared. A mobile app carries the same material to job sites and open houses.
