Benny earned his MBA from the University of Illinois Gies College of Business with a specialization in entrepreneurship and strategic management. He is also a double alumnus of the University of Miami, where he was a college football player and coach for the Miami Hurricanes.
After a stint in the pharmaceutical industry, Benny joined Envista, a global leader in dental products, and began his dental career in sales. He held roles as an individual contributor and mastered product lines at the company’s sister division, Kerr Endodontics, and also worked on Rotary medical device and dental consumable portfolios. In 2021, Benny joined Implant Direct as a sales representative and quickly established himself as a top performer, finishing the year ranked #1 sales rep in the nation of the entire company. Currently, Benny is spearheading the product launch of Implant Direct’s latest innovation, the Simply Iconic implant system.
