Chadwick Johnson Providing Legal Representation to Mentally, Emotionally, and Physically Injured People through Mindful Injury Law

In a world that is so big on mental health care and awareness, having a law practice that represents people who might have been injured in one way or the other is a welcome development. Mindful injury lawyer Chadwick Johnson has actively dedicated his entire law career to helping people who may have been injured in one way or the other through someone else’s negligence.

Chadwick Johnson is a thought leader and mindfulness enthusiast passionate about helping others achieve inner peace and self-mastery through mindfulness and meditation. He established Mindful Injury Law to represent individuals who have been mentally, emotionally and physically injured by someone else’s negligence. His law practice incorporates mindfulness in a way that raises awareness about the benefits of mindfulness to his staff, clients, the community in which he operates and everyone around him. The journey to establish Mindful Injury Law began as far back as 2011 when Chadwick started organizing mindfulness workshops for private and public parties in his community. Word spread about his efforts, and he started to get invitations to speak at various events on the subjects of mindfulness, self-discovery and self-mastery.

All of that culminated in the desire to get involved with multiple volunteer groups. Chadwick Johnson holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from California State University of Sacramento and obtained his Juris Doctor degree from McGeorge School of Law in 2009. He has served as a volunteer on the board of directors of the alumni association of the California State University of Sacramento. He currently serves on the board of directors for the Sacramento Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Incorporated and works as a Mindfulness Coach for Volunteers of America.

Outside his legal practice, he’s the founder of The W.A.Y. Project, a volunteer organization that provides mindfulness resources to the public and creates awareness about the benefits of mindfulness and meditation. In 2018, he established Mindful Injury Law through which he has expanded his mindfulness practice and outreach.

Describing his law firm, he said, “Mindful Injury Law is the only injury law firm that offers mindfulness educational resources and workshops to their clients and to the public at large. People who are injured in car accidents, dog bite accidents, slip-and-fall accidents and other types of injuries clients often experience PTSD symptoms as a result.”

Chadwick Johnson aims to connect with people of all ages from middle school to college and working individuals. “Mindfulness and meditation are healing mechanisms to help clients as they recover from their injuries. Clients are often introduced to mindfulness for the first time as a result of their accident and gain a tool they can use for the rest of their lives,” Chadwick said.

Over the next few years, Chadwick sees a world that is more conscious about mindfulness, meditation and every other aspect of mental health care. He hopes to see a world with people who feel wholesome and complete within themselves.
