Chef Eddie G has always had an incredible affinity for the art and science of food. As a matter of fact, his first job was being a sous chef to his mother. At a young age, he would stand on a wooden stool and help his mother create and prepare food. He then developed a deep love for the craft that Eddie took and worked at a cozy Italian restaurant when he was in high school. During this phase of his life, he has seen the wonders of how food can bring people together. After graduating high school, Eddie started channeling his talents for cooking by attending the prestigious Johnson & Wales Culinary School to further hone his skills. Years down the road, Chef Eddie G has traveled the world and has owned five restaurants while managing countless others.

Without a doubt, Chef Eddie G is an emerging powerhouse in an inherently competitive field. However, despite the successes that he had already achieved, he continued to harness his skills. Eddie G is still exploring the culinary arts by traveling the world, learning new cultures, and participating in countless food festivals. “There was nothing more interesting to me than pursuing a life of creating great dishes and memorable experiences for guests,” said Chef Eddie G. “Meeting new people, tasting new food, and learning new cultures inspired everything I had accomplished in the kitchen.” Years later, this trailblazing personality went full circle and breathed life into Chef Eddie G’s Kitchen, writing his first cookbook, Cooking Coast2Coast Cuisine.

Every dish made by Chef Eddie G speaks volumes of his unparalleled passion for the craft. With no intentions of slowing down any time soon, he aims to expand his horizons even further through his soon-to-be-released cookbook, Cooking Local with Chef Eddie G.
