Features of Birch coffee You Should Know

The term “Birch coffee” is relatively new in the coffee world, but it has quickly become a favorite among many avid coffee drinkers. The Birch brand promises that its coffee is fresh-roasted, organic, and sustainably sourced with little-to-no waste in its production process. They’re also committed to donating a portion of every sale to charity. Birch delivers craveable drinks for any occasion, from smoothie bowls to festive breakfast sandwiches. Inspired by the varied flavors of Birch coffee, we decided to create a dish that would complement the naturally sweet flavors of their coffee.

We were also inspired to add some delicious chocolate into this recipe as it pairs very well with the mocha-flavored Birch. This drink is simple and easy to make while still incredibly tasty and healthy! The ginger in this smoothie gives it a nice kick, but not too much so that it takes away from the flavor of the Birch coffee.

The smoothie begins with our Birch Mocha Cappuccino. We used the Birch Mocha Cappuccino as the base because not only is it delicious, but it is also low in calories compared to other brands. For example, a large Frappuccino from Starbucks has 400 calories! With a Birch Mocha Cappucino, you get 200 calories for the same serving size and no artificial ingredients.

We added raspberries for their tangy flavor and bananas for creaminess and thickness. A dash of vanilla extract adds a subtle flavor to the drink. Finally, we topped our smoothies with a few chocolate chunks. When blended, you get an insanely delicious mocha cup that pairs perfectly with Birch coffee.

Birch Mocha Cappuccino

This smoothie is sweetened with stevia and blackstrap molasses, a natural sweetener made from the byproducts of refining sugar. Blackstrap molasses is high in iron and contains many vitamins and minerals. We topped our smoothie with coconut whipped cream because it’s January!

This mocha smoothie bowl is the perfect treat to enjoy in cold winter. It will warm you up while filling you up with healthy goodness. Stevia is a fantastic sugar alternative that is low in calories. It has a taste and consistency similar to sugar but is produce from the Stevia plant. Besides being healthy, stevia is natural and still use in other countries as a sweetener. Blackstrap molasses is another healthy sugar alternative that has a molasses-like taste and adds extra sweetness to our smoothie.

Coconut Milk Smoothie

The base for this smoothie is coconut milk, which is rich in healthy fats and has a mild, nutty taste. Blackberries are added to the smoothie because they are more sweet than tart, adding sweetness without overpowering the other ingredients. Bananas also appear in this recipe because they provide a creamy texture to the smoothie.

Ginger Smoothie

The base for this smoothie is the birch coffee mocha cappuccino. Topped with fresh blackberries, this drink is a sweet, tangy smoothie that packs a lot of flavor into each sip. The ginger adds a spicy kick to the blackberries and coffee.

Beechwood-Smoked Brandy and Ginger Vodka

We added Greek yogurt to the mix to make this drink frothy and give it a nice flavor. However, if you’re looking for something lighter, you can substitute the greek yogurt with milk or almond milk.
