Upon graduating law school, John Tolley served as a prosecutor and handled numerous felony and misdemeanor cases. John Tolley would later take his skills and apply them to Civil Litigation Insurance Defense on behalf of insurance carriers. After several years of practice in both civil and criminal litigation, John Tolley opened JT Law Firm. In his firm, John Tolley handles the residential & commercial property and criminal defense cases.
Attorney Monica Balyasny later joined JT Law Firm establishing the firm’s immigration department. Like Mr. Tolley, Mrs. Balyasny has jury and bench trial experience.
