The Metropolitan Police have revealed that actor Kevin Spacey has been charged with four charges of sexual assault against three individuals. The 62-year-old is also accused of forcing someone to participate in penetrative sexual conduct without consent.
He is scheduled to appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Thursday at 10:00 a.m. BST. The charges result from an assessment of evidence by the Metropolitan Police. In London in March 2005, he was charged with two charges of sexual assault on a man in his 40s.
He was also charged in August 2008 in London with one count of sexual assault and one count of inducing a person to engage in penetrative sexual activity without consent on a guy in his 30s. In April 2013, another man, now in his 30s, was charged with sexual assault in Gloucestershire.

Mr. Spacey earlier stated that he would appear in a UK court “voluntarily” to answer the charges. However, in May, the American Beauty star told Good Morning America that he was confident in his ability to prove his innocence.
He has acted in films such as Seven, LA Confidential, American Beauty, and Baby Driver, as well as the Netflix series House of Cards.
