Tamairo is the entrepreneurial force behind the Facebook real estate group called Top Women in Real Estate, currently boasting over 13,000 women professionals from its four key areas around the world.
“My companies encompass a multifaceted real estate approach by offering a one-stop-shop concierge service to out-of-state and international real estate investors. This is a turnkey service with boots on the ground to handle funding, acquisition, inspections, renovations, and property management,” shared Tamairo Moutry.
Tamairo Moutry has been actively making an impact in the real estate industry over the last 17 years. With her background in teaching and mortgage lending, she helps clients land the best deals while simultaneously educating them on the dos and don’ts of real estate investments. Tamairo began her journey as a real estate investor in 2004, leaving her teaching profession to pursue another path as a loan originator. After only a year, Tamairo became a mortgage broker and built her own mortgage company from the ground up.
Faced with trials amid the 2008 market crash, Tamairo Moutry became a realtor in Wisconsin. But it did not take her long before she transitioned into becoming a real estate broker and started four real estate companies within six years.

Asked what motivated her to build a global real estate company, Tamairo Moutry shared that her love for traveling led her to realize the migration patterns between the four states she is licensed in. As a result, she saw an opportunity and need to spread awareness about homeownership and real estate investments in multiple markets. In five years, she envisions expanding her reach and helping more people grow and scale their real estate portfolios, conduct investing tours across more states, and continually strengthen her influence in her current markets. “I’ll be partnering with investors in all 50 states to get funding for my start-up of a legitimate rent-to-own program for people to get into homes quicker,” shared Tamairo.
