Born and raised in Silicon Valley, JP Moridi’s passion for real estate grew when he watched his father, Al Moridi, embark on his real estate journey. Al wrecked tirelessly as he built a solid reputation in California as one of the most trusted and successful realtors. Despite how busy he was, Al instilled strong ideals in JP, teaching him that success would be guaranteed if he took care of people and looked out for their best interests. JP would later receive the honor of being interviewed by Forbes Magazine and invited to the prestigious Under 30 Summit and receive an Executive Circle Award for achieving sales in the top ten percentile nationally. Since then, JP Moridi has become an official member of the Forbes Real Estate Council’s Top 1% worldwide.

While one can easily attribute JP’s success to the guidance of his father, the renowned realtor reveals that his success is the result of surrounding himself with the right people. His relationship with his life partner, Donie, and his mother, Ferrah, has been a monumental testament in his career. “I owe a lot to them, and my three beautiful kids Nicholas, Violet, and my newborn, Ethan,” he said, “Family is everything, and having a balance with work to succeed but not neglecting your family is the most important thing.”
One of his closest friends, retired star athlete from the San Francisco 49ers, Ray McDonald, also helped JP achieve the success he earned today. “Placing myself around Ray early in my career helped grow my mindset,” JP revealed, “Ray is still one of my closest friends, and our conversations are constantly about self-growth, books, investing, and building generational wealth.” The renowned realtor shared that he would not be where he is today if it wasn’t for the type of friendship he and Ray share, one where they both want greatness and help each other.
Despite the many milestones that he’s achieved, JP Moridi strives to grow and expand his company. “I see us expanding drastically and doing over $500 million a year in sales.”
