Zach Breakey’s path to success is inseparable from the personal struggles and relationships that shaped him long before Androgenix existed. The company he built is not merely a business venture; it reflects a life marked by instability, conviction, loss, and hard-earned clarity. His story unfolds through moments of strain and resolve, each one contributing to the foundation of what he continues to build today.
A Foundation Shaped by Struggle and Faith
Zach’s childhood was defined by uncertainty. Financial strain was a constant presence in his home, often accompanied by tension that left a lasting impression. As a child, he internalized that instability, feeling isolated and, at times, responsible for circumstances beyond his control.
One figure remained steady throughout those years: his grandmother.
“She was the most influential person in my life,” Zach says. Her faith and work ethic were not abstract ideals but daily practices, quiet, consistent, and uncompromising. She supported every business venture Zach pursued, not with guarantees of success, but with belief. “What she would say to me matters more than anything anyone could ever say,” he explains.
The values she modeled, discipline, authenticity, and integrity, became reference points Zach would return to later, particularly when leading Androgenix. Long after her passing, her influence remains embedded in how he makes decisions and measures success.

Arie Yraguen: A True Partner and Brother
Since joining Androgenix in 2020, Arie Yraguen has been an integral part of the company’s growth. Not just a business partner, Arie’s role extends to being a brother, a trusted friend, and a steady presence in both business and life. His contributions to Androgenix’s operational foundation and systems have been foundational, and Zach acknowledges that the company’s growth and success would not be what it is without Arie.
“Arie works harder than anyone in the room and consistently goes above and beyond expectations,” Zach explains. His leadership, rooted in strong communication, professionalism, and clarity, has shaped Androgenix’s culture. Arie’s leadership, especially in terms of people and teams, is defined by care and compassion.
“Arie has pushed me to grow, and together, we’ve pushed each other outside of our comfort zones. Our partnership is built on trust, accountability, and a shared vision.”

From Addiction to Redemption: A Turning Point
In his twenties, Zach’s life began to unravel. What started as casual partying and a desire to fit in escalated into dependency. “I didn’t think I had a problem,” he admits. Substances like Adderall and alcohol became tools for coping, until they weren’t.
“I looked in the mirror and felt like I had no soul.”
The turning point came with his grandmother’s death. Grief stripped away whatever denial remained. In that moment, Zach confronted the trajectory he was on and the person he was becoming. “God, if you’re real, I need your help,” he prayed.
“I was obedient in one moment,” he says. “From that day to this, I’ve never touched drugs or alcohol. I never had withdrawals. I only felt freedom.”
That decision reshaped everything that followed. Sobriety brought clarity, not just relief. “Sobriety gave me what drugs promised,” Zach reflects. It became the ground from which his future, personal and professional, could take shape.
Jacquelyn: The Anchor of Stability
Throughout that transition, one presence never wavered: his wife, Jacquelyn.
“She was the glue that held everything together.”
Her support was not rooted in ultimatums or pressure. “She stayed when I was falling apart. She never gave me an ultimatum. She let my sobriety be mine.”
Together, they built Androgenix from the ground up, navigating financial strain and uncertainty side by side. Zach is direct about her role. “I would not be where I am today without her.”
Her steadiness carried them through periods when belief had to exist before evidence. “Thank you for never giving up on me,” he says.

Androgenix: A Reflection of Faith, Integrity, and Endurance
Founded in 2015, Androgenix grew slowly and deliberately. For Zach, the company’s value has never been measured solely by revenue or expansion. “Integrity matters more than money,” he says.
Androgenix focuses on hormone optimization rather than shortcuts or blanket solutions. “We’re not a jack of all trades,” Zach explains. Every decision, clinical or operational, is filtered through the same principles that guided his personal transformation.
What sets the company apart is not just specialization, but intention.

Overcoming Challenges and Celebrating Triumphs
The early years were marked by sacrifice. Zach recalls selling his truck to remain in the industry. “I was as broke as you could be.”
Still, he stayed. “If I fail, it will be my failure to own. And if I succeed, it will be my success to own.”
That mindset carried Androgenix through skepticism, financial pressure, and industry resistance. Today, the company serves a growing client base built on trust and consistency, an outcome Zach attributes to refusing shortcuts when they were most tempting.

Legacy and Looking Ahead
As Zach looks ahead, his focus remains measured. “I’m proud,” he says. “I built this with intention.”
His concern is not scale at the expense of principle. “I can’t lose sight of what’s important,” he adds, his family, his clients, and the people who trust the company he leads.
Zach’s legacy is still forming, but its foundation is clear. His journey reflects what can emerge from discipline, faith, and accountability, not just in business, but in life.
Success, in this context, is less about what is built than who is shaped in the process.
