Across the country, schools are facing an urgent crisis—student mental health. As the Department of Education undergoes massive funding cuts, essential services like counseling are being stripped away. Counselors—already undervalued and outnumbered—are at risk of losing their jobs, leaving students with fewer safe spaces and support systems during their most formative years.

We use our brains for everything—yet most students go through school without a single class teaching them how to care for their emotional well-being.

That’s where the IBIY Culture Shift Tour comes in.

Nationally recognized speaker Jared Scott, through the IBIY Culture Shift Tour, has impacted over 1,000 schools with his powerful message of resilience, emotional awareness, and student empowerment. The tour delivers more than assemblies—it brings real, lasting change by helping students shift their mindset, take ownership of their identity, and create student-led movements that improve school culture from the inside out.

At the heart of the tour is IBIY (I Believe In You)—a kindness-first initiative and mobile app that sparks a ripple effect of belief and connection. Each student receives an IBIY bracelet, which they wear until inspired to pass it on to someone else who needs to hear, “I believe in you.” Before they pass it on, they scan the bracelet with the app to attach a personal message of encouragement.

As each bracelet travels, it carries those messages—building a visible chain of kindness that often stretches beyond the school into homes, neighborhoods, and even across states. The app tracks every bracelet’s journey, allowing students and educators to witness the real-time spread of positivity from their campus to the world.

Now more than ever, underfunded schools need help. That’s why the IBIY Culture Shift Tour is seeking sponsors, donors, and business partners to help expand access to these resources. With your support, we can bring mental health assemblies, leadership experiences, and the IBIY app to schools at little to no cost—ensuring that no student is left behind.

“This isn’t just about mental health,” says Jared Scott. “It’s about giving students something to believe in—starting with themselves. We’re building a culture of connection, and we need people to help us keep it growing.”
